It’s actually crazy looking back at the second video because I remember thinking my skin was never going to get better..

But I’ve realized something… your body has a way of telling you when something isn’t right.

For me, stress, pouring into everyone else before myself, and just having a lot on my mind started showing up on my face.

Healing wasn’t just about skincare. It was about slowing down, protecting my peace, taking care of my mental, moving my body, getting rest, and giving myself the same love I give everyone else.

So if you’re struggling with your skin right now, don’t be so hard on yourself. Sometimes the answer isn’t another product. Sometimes your body is just asking you to take care of YOU.

Be patient. Give yourself grace. Keep showing up for yourself, even on the hard days.

Your glow will come… and when it does, it’ll be because you healed from the inside out.. Trust Me 🤍✨

I think I’m officially entering my comfy shoe era 🤍😂
