🌳 What if hugging a tree was a way of coming home to the Divine Mother? 🌿✨🔮

Since childhood, I have spent so much time in nature... And now- living surrounded by the mountains and forests, I get to experience this connection every single day 💚

Sometimes, I walk beside a tree and feel the urge to stop, embrace its trunk & simply be there.. Just a moment of connection with something so much greater than myself

In these moments, I feel connected to the Divine Mother - to Mother Nature, to Mother Earth 🌎 the giver of life, the one who nourishes us , holds us & provides for us endlessly!!

We receive so much from the Earth without even noticing: the air we breathe, the food we eat, the ground beneath our feet🦶🏻 the trees that shelter us!And yet- ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑜𝑓𝑡𝑒𝑛 𝑑𝑜 𝑤𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑝 𝑡𝑜 𝑜𝑓𝑓𝑒𝑟 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒?

Today, I invite you to slow down…& find a tree. You can place your hands on its trunk or give it a good hug. FEEL the Life around you, without you. Remember that Mother who gives so much without asking for anything in return 🌸

Honour the Mother. Honour the endless giver. Honour our provider 🌎🙏🏻

May we learn to live not only on this Earth, but in relationship with Her - with love, reverence and heart full of gratitude ❤️🌱

With both of our birthdays coming up 🥹 - I started looking back through our memories🎞️

It all started after seeing a post from my dear friend @anangamanjariii… and somehow I ended up going through all these old photos and videos from our wedding!!

And I realised… we never actually told you the story of how all of this happened

We met in Vrindavan Temple - long story short, we got married just 3 months after meeting each other🤔

Looking back now, I honestly wonder… how did we even get here? 🥹🤣

Bhagavad Gita 9.27 reminds us to make our entire life an offering:

“Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, whatever austerities you perform – do that as an offering unto Me.”

I’ve learned so much since stepping onto the path of @love.and.all.is.coming

“Practice as an offering,” says @talia.sutra

At first- those words can be difficult to understand. But perhaps it begins 1 small step at a time– offering our sincere effort to study yoga, not just as āsana– but as union with the Divine, get to know who we truly are in essence

Bhakti is often translated as devotion born out of love. But isn’t love all-pervading?? What if our deepest nature is already that unconditional love? What if we are not here to search for something outside ourselves, but to recognize the Divine within our own hearts 💕 and within the hearts of all beings- expressing it through kindness, support &generosity of abundance ?

Every thought, every action, every success, every mistake can become an offering..

Even silently, within the mind- we can remember:

“This is for You”

“This comes from You. It returns to You”

“It is only You.”

When we live this way- we are separate from the sacred.

There is only Love.

May we offer our whole selves– what we call “good” and “bad,” all of our intentions, our work, our joy moments as well as our struggles to the altar of Love !

The more I experience staying in India 🇮🇳, the more I realise that slow living is our true nature

Especially when climbed Tapovan Peak..
It’s been quite a challenging journey - full of adventure

I often see yoga āsana & chanting as a superpower. We’ve been gifted so many tools to overcome the “matrix” by controlling our mind, and connecting to the Higher Reality.
