Every stitcher’s best friend, aka a needle minder!
Do you have one? 😉

I’m a massive advocate for those little things, as I have 3 kittos in the house wanting their furry faces in everything I do, it’s just as much of a safety thing as a pretty little accessory.

I actually hated my first needle minder. It was a pretty chunky piece I got from Etsy with a magnet the size of a pound coin 🫣 and back then I used to “put” my needles on my jeans like like a pin, not a great idea, honestly it took me months and months to give a proper needle minder another chance. I’m so glad I did! by @vikasspace

As I store my embroidery thread in skeins, and after stitch using a single strand, I came up with the solution to store the off cuts I will reuse in the future nice and neatly in simple coin collector sleeves, however it took me over a year to actually make a nice cover for it! by @vikasspace

Some collabs just happen naturally. 😊

I bought one of Vika’s patterns, stitched it up and tagged her in a photo with one of our hoops, and we haven’t stopped chatting since! 💛

Turns out she loves what we make as much as we love what she creates. So we made it official - Hoop and Layer is now stocked with Vika, exclusively for our UK friends! by @vikasspace
