Poznajesz ludzi, nabierasz pewności siebie i odkrywasz w sobie rzeczy, o których wcześniej nawet nie wiedziałaś.
I właśnie dlatego tak bardzo kocham High Heels. Bo po pewnym czasie orientujesz się, że nie chodzi już tylko o to, żeby nauczyć się choreografii.

My morning routine I can’t start my day without 🤍

💧A glass of water. it helps me wake up and start my day right.

🧊🌿And then… an ice cube made with chamomile tea
It not only wakes me up, but also feels incredibly refreshing and helps tone my skin. My mum taught me this little trick, and I’ve been doing it for many, many years.

After that, I simply let my face dry naturally. I don’t wipe it with a towel.

👩🏻Face massage is my absolute must-have. I never start my day without it. I love massages, and I feel like my skin really loves them too. 😊

I’ve been doing a face massage every single day for about 6 years, and maybe that’s one of the reasons I’ve never felt the need to get Botox or similar treatments. I have relatively few wrinkles, and I only visit my cosmetologist for facial cleansing.

☕️ Black Coffee is my big big love

🏋️‍♀️And of course… sport
Sport is my life. I simply can’t imagine myself without movement: it’s a part of who I am. ❤️
