The biggest battle I’ve ever fought.

I doubted I could finish, but I kept going no matter what. I’m 13 minutes faster than in my last marathon, and that means a lot to me.

I didn’t want to make running my whole personality, but it takes up such a massive part of my life and is definitely something to be proud of.

My 3rd Half Marathon this year and 5th overall — 23.08.2026 — was a great success and a huge surprise even to myself.

I want to keep it here as evidence that I’m more than I think I am🤎 by @vikkiterra

The week that felt like a month! Time in Kazan was wholesome regardless the weather. People, food, city, spontaneous Half Marathon. I loved every part of it! Can’t wait to be back 💔 taken in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan by @vikkiterra

Some say it’s simply my core, that I can just spontaneously decide to run a race I wasn’t ready for 🙈 But how could I possibly have said no to the opportunity to run in the city that means world to me?! No chance. But everything comes with the price and this race didn’t come easy to me. I didn’t have proper gear with me, I only have one set of sport clothes and daily running shoes… but pressure makes diamonds 💎 I filmed this one to keep it in my memory. Also so grateful to my amazing friend @miftdi who was spending every free minute with me during my time in Kazan. by @vikkiterra
