Postcards from Kashmir 5. The Bund looks so serene and calm. I spend my childhood everyday walking along the Jhelum river but never thought that the river front would look so divine one day. Visiting Shri Panchmukhi Hanuman Ji Temple in Amira Kadal took me back in time remembering when we used to come here so often. BURN HALL SCHOOL was my school. The building is still the same making me feel go back in time. TAGORE HALL in Wazir Bagh is where we used to watch RAM LEELA every year with family. Man those memories are so vivid in my mind. Postcards from Kashmir 4. The beautiful Dal Lake makes me a tourist every time I visit Srinagar. 35 A Wazir Bagh was where I was born and as fate would have it, the house now does not belong to our family but the memories still do. The small lane in the pics is what lead to 35 A Wazir Bagh. This lane is very memorable. Last picture is of a building in Jawahar Nagar where my father’s provision store was in the corner shop.
