Мы провели наш первый ретрит- путешествие. В этот раз мы выбрали Италию, Калабрия, Побережье Богов 🌶️🌵🏞️🌴Я еще не была там и регион удивил нас живописными пейзажами с причудливыми скалами, глубокими ущельями, уединенными пляжами с бирюзовой кристально чистой водой. Удивительный город Тропея, построенный на скале - это просто музей под открытым небом, очень атмосферно. Виды на действующий вулкан 🌋Стромболи - это небольшой остров, где с одной стороны живут люди. Закаты солнышка 🌅 в море и Липарские острова 🏝️
И конечно же главное - это наши духовные практики, совместный поток усиливает энергию в десятки раз.
Динамическая медитация и медитация в статике, мантры, духовные беседы, асаны, каошики - это инструменты для расширения границ нашего ума, и путь к гармоничному состоянию тела, разума и внешнего мира🙏🏼❤️
Также было много душевного общения, заботы и взаимоподдержки. И вообще помимо созерцания красот нашей прекрасной планеты, совместные путешествия- это практика принятия, доброты, великодушия, благодарности и где-то смирения❤️🙏🏼

Не знаю куда мы поедем в следующий раз, но хочется это сделать традицией и возможно расширить нашу компанию🙏🏼🤍
