BARBELL BATTLE Meet recap 🇩🇪

I had to honor to be invited to one of the best bench press meets. I finished with 3/3 successful attempts:
140kg✅
145kg✅
150kg✅

I had the heaviest bench at the meet and ranked 2nd in dots.
It was amazing competition, I love German powerlifting community, congratulations for the amazing organization! @dominating_barbells
Shoutout to my handler that day and idol @lifting_valkyrie 💓🥹
Huge thanks to my amazing coach @sirdave___ , we made +5kg PB in only 2 months. Only one year ago I was stuck at 135kg for a really long time.

My last deadlift attempt at the most stacked meet I’ve ever been @powerlifting_series ABS PRO 8.
It was an amazing day , I felt appreciated and supported. This is why I love doing pro meets - cause I am surrounded by people like me 🫶🏻
I’ve managed to do 630kg total, which is 22,5kg more than my last one.
595 dots , 13 dots more than my previous best score.
Huge thanks to my coach @sirdave___
Also huge thanks to my handler of the day @tjpainfree
And congratulations to the winners and all of the girls🫶🏻🩷

The post I was waiting and hoping for …
One year ago, during Fitness store Classic meet, at my last squat attempt I got an injury, torned my quadriceps on both of my legs. It was awful , but even then my first thought was “I want to come back here and win”… So I did🙌🏻
Yesterday, on my birthday, at the same place , the same competition, with the same amazing people around me who helped me so much to go through this hell, I won the Fitness store Classic’25 meet with 607,5 kg total and 582,77 dots which is almost 20 dots higher than my last achievement. Finished with 8/9 with 222,5kg squat , 135 bench (almost 140) and huge (for me) deadlift of 250kg.
I don’t have the words to describe the gratitude I have for all the amazing souls I met during this journey but they are forever engraved in my heart 🔐
I want to thank to the amazing @xlisxxa and @florian_bamberg_powerlifting for the amazing event, my biggest rival at that day and nutrition coach , the one and only @landri_liftsalot , my gym back home @gymsafit and last but not least the people who reached out for me at my lowest , my sponsors @cerberus_strength_eu .
“What’s worth the prize , is always worth the fight”❤️

What a journey 🥹
In December 2018 was my first international competition and I finished it with 367,5kg total and 395 dots.
This year I made 630kg total and 595 dots 💫
I remember when I was telling people about my dream of becoming a powerlifter - they laughed, telling me I am too tall , too skinny…this lighted a spark that became a fire.
Today I am Bulgaria all time best female athlete and second all time in dots amongst all men and women🤷🏻‍♀️

Behind every lift is a battle nobody sees. The discipline, the pain, the sacrifices. This is what passion looks like.💫

❗️Year meet recap❗️
The competition season’26 is over for me with my last meet for this year - the @scitec_only_dots meet in Hungary.
As I look back - this is my best year so far🥳
I achieved so many personal goals and set the bar even higher for next year.
I met so many amazing people and I am so grateful for being invited to all those events so I can be part of this community.
This is the first year I’ve been coached by @sirdave___ and this is the best decision I’ve made. Dave is not only a spectacular lifter but also extremely good coach. I hope my powerlifting journey continues with him by my side.
This season’s overall results are:
🏆Eastern European overall champion in Serbia
🥉ABS PRO 8 3rd overall with 630kg total and 595 dots(new PB)
🥈Barbell battle 2nd overall and new bench press PB - 150kg
🏆Only dots meet overall champion with new deadlift PB - 265kg

Congratulations to all competitors from this year and I hope we will meet again in 2027🫶🏻

From dream to reality ✨
Ever since I was little girl, I always wanted to be champion, to be the best - it’s not a mentality that I was taught, it’s a spark I have in myself. So if you have a dream , no matter how crazy it sounds to others - chase it 🫶🏻
