My people 💙🌍 by @viktorr

One thing I’ve learned from building a remote company in the UAE is that nothing beats spending time together in person 🌍

Recently I got to spend time with Aaron and Aryan - two people I’m lucky to build VIKST with. We worked, walked, shared ideas, talked business, personal growth, and where we want to take VIKST over the next few years.

Most of our work happens through Zoom and Slack. But stepping away from the day-to-day and spending time together IRL creates a different level of energy ⚡️

I’m grateful to be surrounded by such cool people who love what they do. Building VIKST alongside people like Aaron and Aryan is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey 💙 by @viktorr

What a Q1. by @viktorr

Alone you can go fast. Together you can go far 🤝

Proud of the team we’re building at VIKST - A-players who push each other, learn from each other, and grow together 🧠

Grateful for the energy, the people, and what we’re building - and excited for where we’re heading in 2026 💙 by @viktorr

2025 ⚡️🔋

A few moments from the past months.

I have been locked in with Vikst - Q1 in the GCC feels like Q4 in the US. Lots of growth for our clients 🔥

Let’s go ❤️ by @viktorr

Here’s how I spent my last 7 days:

- 40% sleeping
- 20% diving in the Mediterranean Sea
- 20% sitting by the water, thinking
- 10% enjoying good rib-eyes and tomahawks
- 10% work

For the past almost 3 years, I’ve worked almost 12 hours a day, seven days a week, with barely any breaks. Building Vikst has required intense focus and sacrifices.

I chose this path because I believe in what we’re creating. But just over a week ago, I did something I hadn’t done before - I took a proper break. Only a few hours of work each day, and for once, let go of the reins.

It wasn’t an easy choice - the easy option would’ve been to stay in Dubai, oversee everything, and ensure that performance stayed on track with our clients. But stepping away was the hard, and right decision.

And guess what? Everything ran smoothly. No major issues, no lost clients – performance even improved.

That’s when you know you’re building something real. A business that doesn’t depend on you daily. A system that runs independently.

This past week reminded me: a successful business shouldn’t trap you at your desk. You should be able to step back, recharge, and trust your team to keep things moving.

Now, as we head into Q4, we’re ready to scale again and grow Vikst as the preferred eCom growth partner in the Middle East.

Over the last four months, we’ve focused on improving our processes and perfecting client results. We haven’t taken any sales calls since May 9th or done any form of outbound/inbound. We’ve built the Vikst.io Academy (internal training) with 70 in-depth videos and worked hard to deliver top results for our UAE eCom clients.

Our goal is simple: to build the best performance marketing team. Now, we’re ready to take on more UAE eCom businesses and help them scale 🇦🇪 by @viktorr
