RECETA FÁCIL DE TARTA DE FRUTAS:
EASY FRUIT CAKE RECIPE:

2 bases g de hojaldre.
400 g de frutas frescas (fresas, ciruelas, manzanas...).
80 g de azúcar moreno.
80 g de almendra molida.
25 g mantequilla.
1 cucharada de harina.

2 g puff pastry bases.

25 g butter.

Preheat the oven to 185ºC.
Line the mold with baking paper.
Wash and cut the fruit.
Spread one of the refrigerated puff pastry bases in the mold.
Mix half the sugar with the almonds and spread the mixture over the puff pastry base.
Cut the other puff pastry base into 1 cm thick strips and place them on top of the fruit, creating a mesh.
Sprinkle the rest of the sugar over the puff pastry.
