Not dead, just not posting the little art I have been making ☺️

been experimenting with a new style! right now I just call it the “crunchy” style. trying to add some fun things to my arsenal so that people can choose from different types of things when I open commissions some day. This here is miss solar.f.a.r’s Pulsar girl, Azha! 🩵✨

Alzuin Adeira is an Ancient Enchantress — that is, a full-blooded Enchantress with no Borvixian in her at all, and leader of the Enchantress population (known as the Coven) when their homeworld was destroyed by Hyper Zenithii. She led her subjects to Borvix and convinced the native Borvixians to allow the Coven to settle there.

Alzuin was known as a fierce warrior in the Coven, skilled not only in magic but in physical combat as well. She was never afraid to play dirty to keep her sisters safe, but she lost much respect, and her title as the Coven’s leader, when she decided that peace with the Zenithii after years of war was the best option.

Even when her calls for peace ultimately worked out in the end, many members of the Coven still refused to follow her. Instead of staying and creating a rift among the ranks, she split off from the Coven and instead founded her own kingdom on Borvix, which was named Adeinzia in her honor

She ruled there for centuries after, but those Enchantresses who had been exposed to Star Eater blood soon began to suffer from the irreparable damage of it; they became dangerous and volatile, and as magic users, the consequences of that were often catastrophic.

The native Borvixians quickly decided they’d had enough of the Enchantresses. Genoc!de rippled through the planet, and the strongest, oldest Enchantresses were too far gone to effectively protect themselves and others.

Adeinzia, despite its healthy Enchantress population, eventually fell, and Alzuin Adeira alongside it. Her name was scratched out of Borvix’s history, but eventually she was able to be honored by her great granddaughters, Andromeda and Bellatrix.

Alzuin was designed for an event over on the Pulsar discord, so I’m not sure how much I will use/draw her, but I think she is simply too pretty not to share with the world 👁️🖤

A special custom Borvixian for @solar.f.a.r ♡

This handsome man is a Ry’kovari Borvixian, which is the fancy term for a tropical variant that are native to the islands and sprawling archipelagos on Borvix. Most Borvixians have a very hefty fear of the ocean — and for good reason: the planet’s seas are riddled with massive leviathans that could swallow a dragon whole if they strayed too close to the waves. But the Ry’kovari have learned how to survive the hostile environment, and as a result tend to be quite aggressive towards outsiders. They’re usually solitary, but some group together with kin or their families, especially if they want to claim new territory

They’re recognized by the Borvixian kingdoms as an independent race, and the Ry’kovari laws and customs are to be honored within their territories. For the most part, both the Adeinzians and Koruskeinians leave them alone, as they’ve gained a reputation for being pirates, outlaws, and “uncivilized” scoundrels

Enjoy!

[ Art by the lovely Solar Far ]

Meet “The Sir,” also kindly known as “Debra”

He is a Hyper Pulsar of the star Aldebaran in the constellation Taurus

Baran has earned the moniker “Wyrmsbane,” for the way he utilizes strategy and teamwork when helping others of his kind kill or drive off Star Eaters. Because of his many successes (he has the scars to prove it), he’s a popular choice when Pulsars need help saving a star from an Eater

He scorns the Zenithii for not helping Pulsars anymore, but feels no desire to act against them in any way; he believes they’ve strayed from the wishes of The Lightweaver, and hopes they will find their way back to their original calling, but tends to respect their power and authority, knowing he is no match. Instead, he prays to the mysterious diety, calling for their return

When he isn’t off helping other Pulsars, he keeps to himself and likes to hang around his star system and its lonesome planet. He’s aggressive towards those who show up with no need for his aid, but will cool off in exchange for stories or a good tussle among the cosmos. Recently, he has taken on a couple of apprentice Pulsars to train them in his ways of fighting Eaters, worried that he could eventually be killed

I have waited a long time to see this lad, and boy is he a looker 🔥

Prominence 💫

for @solar.f.a.r 🫶🏽

first traditional fandom piece I’ve done in a handful of years. it was kind of a struggle getting to know how my new colored pencils work, and getting back into the mindset of how to color the way I like. there are so many janky little details I’m not happy with, but they’re not things I can fix so *shrug*. overall I’m not mad at it! more to come (☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞
