✨ A few tips before your visit

📅 Guided tours (highly recommended) are available every day the villa is open, at 11am, 2:30pm and 4pm.

🚆 Getting there is super easy: take the train to Beaulieu-sur-Mer — the station is just a short walk from the villa!

⏰ Allow around 1–1.5 hours to explore the villa, its beautiful details and the stunning sea views. 🌊

Indulging in our favorite family activity : cooking !
Save this recipe 🍇 ✍️

FRESH FIG TART 💜
Shortcrust pastry
200g flour · 100g butter · 1 tbsp sugar · pinch of salt
Rub together, add a little cold water, form a dough & chill for 30 min.
Roll out, line a tart tin and blind bake at 180°C / 350°F until golden. Let cool.

Vanilla pastry cream
500ml milk · 3 eggs · 75g sugar · 25g flour · 25g cornstarch · 1 vanilla bean . 150g butter.
Heat the milk with vanilla. Whisk eggs + sugar, then add flour & cornstarch.
Pour in the hot milk, return to the pan and cook until thick (3 minutes). Add the butter in small pieces and whisk until smooth. Cool completely.

ASSEMBLE ✨
Spread the vanilla cream over the pastry, top with fresh figs, and finish with a little honey or fig jam if you like.
Simple, buttery, creamy & full of fresh fig flavor
