Being here is like sticking your head above the parapet and breathing in spaciousness whilst simultaneously sinking your body into a warm bath.

Divine.

PAUSE is on Sunday 6 December, and early bird rates (€95) are open until Sunday 1 November.

I’m never great at taking my phone out at events I host, but these few clips give a tiny taste of the vibe of our retreat day at @villaepicurea

This will be the third year we’ve offered it, and it’s something I really look forward to: softened bodies, joyful smiles, and a room full of people who have finally allowed themselves to be held.

The venue is stunning, with sunset views over the forest out to the ocean beyond, and being there is like sticking your head above the parapet and breathing in spaciousness whilst sinking your body into a warm bath at the same time. Come along!

Highlights of my Portugal retreat. My first (and not the last) retreat managed all on my own.

Myself and incredible students spent 4 days together here, practicing daily between asana and meditation, eating well, sleeping well, resting, sunbathing and exploring. Basically just enjoying life.

Vibes from this retreat were crazy good, strong and powerful. I am so grateful to be able to guide your practice and share our worlds and am looking forward to being reunited with many of you again soon.

I'll be coming back to @villaepicurea next year, message me to be part of the journey. by @villaepicurea

☀️One month until Portugal !☀️

Four days of dedicated practice, warm sun, and proper space to unwind.

I'm genuinely excited about this space we're co-creating. Honoured to see friends from Europe joining new ones met in Bali.

As autumn sets in, give yourself something to look forward to.

When Maria told me, “This is a very photogenic house,” my mind drifted. I started to feel the atmosphere around me. You see, colours are light waves. They change depending on texture and light, and when our eyes translate them into chemical reactions in our brains, that’s where the magic happens. The scents, the wind, the sounds… they all become part of the image.

Villa Epicurea, with all of this, felt like a vivid dream. A gentle detox from reality.

Thank you. It was a pleasure @villaepicurea
