The pineapple has [traditionally] been a symbol of hospitality for centuries, representing warmth, generosity, and the art of welcoming others. For Five Star Hospitality, we wanted to honor that tradition while giving it a more contemporary, sophisticated expression. At the center of the identity is a custom geometric mark: an abstract interpretation of a pineapple, constructed through intersecting lines that create a distinctive, architectural symbol. The visual language draws inspiration from the refinement of luxury hospitality. Deep olive green, warm ivory, and muted gold establish a palette that feels timeless, while elegant script typography introduces a sense of personality and warmth. The result is a visual identity designed to communicate the very qualities that define exceptional hospitality: attention to detail, thoughtful presentation, and an experience worth coming back for. EVERYTHING STARTS AT THE ROOT. Introducing Pomegranate Cherry, one of seven flavors in the innerG collection. Inspired by the seven chakras, innerG is an energy drink brand built around the idea that energy isn’t just physical. Sometimes, it’s about recharging the part of your soul that needs it most. Seven chakras. Seven flavors. Seven ways to reconnect with your energy and bring out your inner G. Each flavor draws inspiration from a different chakra, with its own color, ingredients, and identity, inviting you to recharge a different part of yourself. First up: RECHARGE YOUR ROOT. Pomegranate Cherry represents Muladhara, the Root Chakra, associated with grounding, stability, security, and the foundation from which all energy flows. We translated that philosophy into a bold packaging identity, pairing a commanding red palette with expressive typography and metallic gold accents. THE ART OF PRESERVATION. Leadbelly Foundation | Visual Identity How do you design for a legacy that already has a voice? The challenge with heritage brands is knowing what deserves to be preserved and what has room to evolve. History carries its own visual language, and introducing something new requires an understanding of what made the original significant. For the Leadbelly Foundation, our approach began with that consideration: creating a visual identity that acknowledges the cultural weight of its namesake while establishing a contemporary presence for the organization carrying his legacy forward.
