A long table beneath the olive trees. A menu shaped by the season. Glasses poured, plates passed, and an afternoon allowed to unfold at its own pace.

The first edition of Les Grandes Tables du Domaine brought us together at Domaine Villa Maroc for a celebration of the simple things we love most: good food, beautiful ingredients, generous hospitality and the pleasure of sharing them with others.

Born from the same spirit that has shaped Villa Maroc for more than 35 years, Les Grandes Tables du Domaine is our new series of gatherings in the countryside, each one inspired by a different moment in the year, and each one an invitation to experience Morocco through its land, its flavours and its traditions.

And this was only the first edition.

Next, we gather for Harvest Table, as the olive harvest begins and the Domaine enters one of its most beautiful seasons.

A new table. A new menu. A new edition.

Une longue table sous les oliviers. Un menu imaginé au fil des saisons. Des verres que l’on remplit, des assiettes que l’on partage, et tout un après-midi pour prendre le temps.

La première édition des Grandes Tables du Domaine nous a réunis à Domaine Villa Maroc autour de ce que nous aimons le plus : une cuisine généreuse, de beaux produits, le sens de l’hospitalité et, surtout, le plaisir de les partager.

Nées du même esprit qui anime Villa Maroc depuis plus de 35 ans, Les Grandes Tables du Domaine sont notre nouvelle série de rendez-vous à la campagne. Chaque édition s’inspire d’un moment différent de l’année et invite à découvrir le Maroc à travers sa terre, ses saveurs et ses traditions.

Et ce n’était que la première édition.

Pour la prochaine, nous vous donnons rendez-vous autour de notre Harvest Table, au moment où débute la récolte des olives et où le Domaine entre dans l’une de ses plus belles saisons.

Une nouvelle table. Un nouveau menu. Une nouvelle édition.
