Just Sold 🎉

Selling and buying a home at the same time can be stressful, especially when the two transactions depend on the other to close.

I had the honor of representing my aunt, uncle and of course Miss Dolly through the crazy timelines and unexpected hurdles. After quite the journey we made it to the finish line and we’re able to close both properties on the same day!
