i’m writing this to you and me both, as a reminder 💗 i wrote this song about how my life’s chapters (and with it my mental health) feel a bit like seasonal change sometimes, it somehow isn’t something i can control yet at the same time it's still in my hands. what a weird concept. but there's one thing that for sure always helped. i've been an advocate of taking baby steps for forever now and let me tell you - i’m the most impatient person in the world. the biggest reward you can give yourself is looking back at your past and seeing how those tiny little baby steps, sometimes 2 back, one forward, still got you to a place that you back then would have never believed in. 💗 by @villforthmusic
