We spend half of our lives worrying about what other people think of us 🤦🏽

As humans we are instinctively self-centered so while you worry about what John thinks of you, John is worrying about you think of him😂.

And just like that the cycle never ends🔁.

Awareness without action changes nothing.😴

A coach isn’t there to give you all the answers. They’re there to challenge your thinking, expand your perspective, and help you follow through on the commitments you make to yourself.📝
