POSTS STORIES REELS

it’s been nearly half a year and i keep coming back to how much this trip changed me

shots from the metamorphosis silk fans retreat in bali 🧡🦋 every second of this trip was so so stunning

if you didn’t know, i just picked up silk fans last year and have completely fallen in love with flow arts since. i wasn’t sure if i’d be able to keep up when i first signed up for this, but i pushed myself to learn everything for the advanced track (ambitious aren’t we…) and hoped for the best. not only did i find myself with the sweetest people i may ever meet, who would’ve honestly accepted me at any stage, but they showed me the kind of freedom i want out of life + all the ways i can move and feel and exist in my body as someone who would’ve never called herself a dancer :’)

@raechrysalis and @misskarinaflow you really brought me out of myself and taught me who i could be if i dared. i’ll always have a place in my heart for you two ❤️‍🔥

missing everyone scattered across the world who could be part of this with me, i love yall so deeply 🥹 hope you’re doing well!!

🍃 Parce que les couleurs de la nature m’inspirent tellement… 💚
Le vert m’apaise, me recentre et me ramène à l’essentiel
