🛣️ The Road to Aoraki / Mount Cook - the highest mountain in New Zealand 🏔️

I am currently travelling / hiking among the Southern Alps of New Zealand, and this exact scenery was the reason why I decided to visit the South Island in the first place. It is definitely the most beautiful road shot I have ever taken. I hope this will give you a reason to visit this magical place.

Please be mindful of the speed limit though as I got a speeding ticket because of the distraction 😅 However, the policeman was really nice!

This is how Toronto looks like right now.

Two consecutive snow storms basically make my front yard and driveway look like a snow mountain. It is also the perfect opportunity to see frozen waterfall 🧊

Top of Queenstown in New Zealand 🇳🇿

Hiking Ben Lomond is the best way to have a bird eye view of Queenstown. After an intense 6km (3.7mi) and 1000m (3300ft) elevation hike, you will be rewarded not only the gorgeous mountain range view, but also the warmth welcome of the sheep who are patiently waiting for you.

Their presences are needed because there will be a steep section with 1.5km (1mi) and 400m (1300ft) elevation to reach the summit of Ben Lomond for another spectacular 360 view. Check out the last video!

Magnificently remarkable or remarkably magnificent?

I think the magnificent @vivianoutdoors outshines the Remarkable mountain ⛰️

You can also drive to the top of the mountain to have a birdeye view of the beautiful Queenstown.

The Largest Unfinished Catholic Church ⛪️

I have seen Sagrada Familia from videos and pictures before, but seeing it in person is definitely an unforgettable experience.

The construction started in 1882 and was taken over by Antoni Gaudi the following year. His architectural and engineering style have guided the construction until today. The church is set to be completed by 2026 with the Chapel of Assumption and the tower dedicated to Jesus Christ, which will make it the tallest church in the world.

Would you visit?

Mountain village in Mallorca Spain 🇪🇸

Valldemossa is the first village you will pass by if you are driving from Palma in Mallorca. It is fun to spend half a day to walk around the village. You can also try the famous coca de patata at Forn i Pastisseria Ca’n Molinas.

The Rocky Mallorca 🇪🇸

Sa Calobra is a small coastal village located on the west side of Mallorca. What makes visiting this place special is the drive through the windy road of Ma-2141 which has a spectacular mountain view.

Swipe ➡️ for landscape mode.

🥾 Hiking in Milford Sound - Lake Marian Track

Milford Sound may be known for waterfalls, there are many beautiful and fun hiking trails around the area. Lake Marian Track is a 6km (4mi) with 400m (1300ft) elevation hike ending with beautiful lake view. You can even see a trickle of waterfall.

Fun story. We met these couple during our cruise trip earlier on the same boat. Probably not being satisfied with the few waterfalls, we met each other again on this trail. Then, we saw each other again on the airport when we left the country. We never really talk, but I knew the husband work in LinkedIn because of the branded backpack 😂

The Magnificent Milford Sound 🇳🇿

Have you seen thousands of waterfalls in the same place? Located within Fiordland National Park in the South Island of New Zealand, Milford Sound immediately transforms into a waterfall wonderland after rain.

The waterfalls here are the best I have ever seen.
