🌟 Embark on a Life-Changing Journey! 🚀✨ We feel such love and joy as we watch this clip and hear from our incredible participants about the real transformations they experienced at the Freedom Retreat. It is always a gift to watch as participants step into their power and start to dissolve the patterns and habits that have kept them trapped in repetitive cycles for years. Feelings that are often hidden and suppressed, leaving them to suffer silently with no way out of the ‘trap’. As they begin to see purpose within their stories, and learn to tap into their inner wisdom and guidance, they light up and start to feel love and joy flowing through their bodies, reminding them of what it means to be alive and empowered. This experience gives people a taste of what it is to be truly authentic, and often for the first time, a clear path to follow toward the life they have always dreamed of. They leave feeling excited, equipped with insight and the mechanisms needed to navigate life and the inevitable physical, mental, and emotional challenges, with more grace and ease… excited to share these simple truths and knowledge with their families, to start the next phase of their journey … a life with deeper connection and purpose… a life filled with love, laughter and abundance🌈💫 🔥 The joy and serenity on their faces say it all: 🎥 Kirsti Cumming Ready for Your Transformation? 🚀 Join Us in February 2024! 🌍 Location: Well-Being Sanctuary, South Africa 🗓️ Dates: 10th - 24th February 2024 🎁 Special Offer: Book by Dec 31, 2023, and secure your spot at an exclusive rate! 🌈 What’s Included: ✅ Daily Personal Guidance ✅ Physical and Mental Challenges ✅ Adventure Excursions ✅ Conscious Dance, Meditation, and More! 🌟 Your Time is Now!

For those wanting to join the CHOICEpoint Worldwide Community Group. Please read the following description of what the group stands for, if you feel resonance and are aligned with the groups purpose, please join us tomorrow night for the first discussion. 🙏 This space is built on one simple understanding: Real change happens within at the ‘Single Point of Influence’… the moment you are triggered into emotional effect by the story playing out in your life, or life in general. At CHOICEpoint, we don’t try to fix the story. We use it. Because the outer world is a reflection of the inner world. The story doesn’t define reality… it reveals the state of mind creating our experience of it, individually and collectively. *Your power is here:* Not in reacting to the story. But in how you respond when triggered. The story only matters in how it makes you feel. You don’t need to fear it. You don’t need to attach to it. But you do need to see it clearly so you can make a conscious choice. *About This Space* This is a space for people who are willing to: → Look beyond mainstream narratives → Take responsibility for their inner state → Engage in honest, open exploration → Grow through awareness and conscious choice What This Space Is NOT This is *not* a place to: → Argue to be right → Defend fixed beliefs or identities → Attack, mock, or belittle others **Respect is non-negotiable.** We all have the right to share our perspectives… You don’t have to agree. But you do have to respect. If you feel the need to defend your perspective, or attack someone else’s… ..this is not the space for you. If you cannot control your reactions and project your feelings aggressively… there is a chance you will be removed from the group. *The Intention* To bring together people who can: See beyond the story. Stay present in the process. And choose consciously. If this sounds like you… Welcome on this journey🙏💜 Send me a message and I’ll send you the link. by @vincentcubitt
Finally a first glimpse of our Freedom Retreat this past January. 🌞 Sharing this journey with such an incredible group of souls, witnessing everyone in their own process, their courage, their openness and the shifts that unfolded… it was truly something special. Experiences like this don’t simply happen in everyday life. They ask for intention. A willingness to step away from the noise of daily life and create space for what truly matters. The Freedom Retreat is the space we hold for that. A space where we step into nature together, slow down, reconnect and remember what is truly important. Wild nature… deep connection… moments that can quietly change the way you see your life. This work is Vincent and my greatest passion. Walking this path together with such incredible people and witnessing what unfolds when we gather with intention… it is something that can hardly be put into words. Only felt. To everyone who shared this journey with us, thank you. We will cherish these moments forever. ❤️ #freedomretreat #southafrica by @vincentcubitt
What if you could meet yourself without fear, without defense, and without the stories that have shaped your life? From 5–19 January, join Vincent Cubitt and Aris Wijnen for a life-changing experience at The Freedom Retreat. This retreat takes you deep into the roots of your emotional, ancestral, and identity-based conditioning. Through guided inner work, somatic release, breathwork, and the CHOICEpoint teachings, you will learn to recognise destructive patterns at the moment they arise — and choose differently. This is where transformation becomes embodied. This is where emotional freedom begins. You’ll be held in a safe and powerful field designed for truth, authenticity, and self-responsibility. And as your nervous system resets, you’ll discover a strength that comes not from force — but from clarity. If you feel the pull to meet yourself more honestly, more deeply, and more courageously, this retreat is calling your name. Transformation begins the moment you recognise that the story you’ve been living is not the story you have to continue. From 5–19 January, join Vincent Cubitt and Aris Wijnen for the Freedom Retreat in South Africa, a 14-day immersive journey designed to guide you out of unconscious patterns and into conscious, empowered choices that create the life you want to experience. The Freedom Retreat exists to support a profound shift: from reacting to life based on the past fears and traumas, to responding to life’s challenges from clarity, presence, and inner authority. What continues to inspire us most is witnessing the exact moment someone recognises the link between their past and their present. Something softens. The nervous system relaxes. What once felt like suffering becomes insight — and insight becomes freedom. Every retreat reveals the same truth: when people are met with safety, the right tools, and genuine space, the human heart shows extraordinary resilience, intelligence, and capacity to heal. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the patterns — and learning how to live from that place. If you feel called to explore your inner landscape, dissolve what no longer serves you, and live with deeper authenticity and freedom, this retreat is waiting. Break free. Reconnect. Transform. There comes a moment when surviving is no longer enough — and your soul asks for more. Join Vincent Cubitt and Aris Wijnen for the third edition of The Freedom Retreat from 5–19 January at the Well-Being Sanctuary. This retreat was created with one intention: to offer a space where people can step out of survival mode and meet their true inner landscape with clarity, compassion, and honesty. Every gathering is based on the understanding that we cannot break our cycles of suffering until we learn to see them clearly. “What I look forward to each year is the moment participants realise that freedom is not an external achievement — it is a shift inside. For those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or aware that old patterns are repeating again, this retreat offers a profound pause… a chance to witness yourself without judgment and choose differently.” Break Free Reconnect Transform If this speaks to you, follow the call.
