Everyone meet my lil italian homie, Vinny✌🏽 On the outside, it may look like we have nothing in common. Two completely different people from two different places. There is every barrier that stands in front of us that could stop us from knowing one another. But, there is ONE thing we have in common. And maybe it’s the ONLY thing we need to have in common… our love for the game❤️

Working with Vinny has been a bit of a blessing in disguise. Because of our small language barrier, it has forced me to view the game differently. Take out all the extra terminology and unnecessary names we give every movement on the court. Throw it in the trash. It’s not important. The important thing is that over time, he will gain the feel. I don’t need to tell him every aspect of the move when he can feel what I’m saying. I’m not a trainer, I’m not someone that thinks they know everything about the game. I simply take what I do know and try to pass it along. I’m always learning, always growing and always showin love to the ones that may need it🤞🏽 I brought Vinny in NOT because I felt like he needed to be better. I brought him in because I see he loves the same game I do.

Sure we all running our own marathon, but sometimes it’s nice to have a running partner! Thanks for walkin this journey with me brothaaa!
