Ok so these pictures didn’t make it here early because I got sick 🤒 but like the saying always goes it’s never too late so here i am celebrating this win & thanking @diaryofakitchenlover and @deliciousordisaster for giving a platform where i could showcase my cooking skills and winning episode 4 of season 1 delicious or disaster 😁

NOTHING WASTED. ✨🔥 I walked into the Eko Flavours Season 3 – Host Like A Chef Challenge with one question:

What can I create when I refuse to waste anything?

Not the ingredients.
Not the ideas.
Not the opportunity.
Not the talent.
And definitely not the story. ❤️

From Golden Crunch Plantain Cups with sautéed pineapple-apple salsa & chilli-Suya prawns, to my smoky sweet-corn coconut jollof, honey-glazed Suya grilled chicken & coconut-infused spaghetti, and finally my coconut-creamed semo pudding with honey-chocolate sweet potato & Golden Crunch…

I took familiar ingredients and challenged myself to see them differently.

But this experience is bigger than the food for me.
