ftc has really strung a chord with me recently. It's funny how much we have changed over time; karate chops mid-combo, KOTF's reckless challenges, and now high-production mega events like Hooked and Vertigo. For me? I strive to bring love, inclusion and growth to our beautiful sport. What it has always had - what WE have always had - is intimacy, acceptance and passion. Tricking across the world is growing into such a delightful bloom, and I'm loving everyone's continual effort to keep our core alive; I feel more connected than ever - thank you all <3

The last two weekends was a KILLER time for Aussie Tricking with @sydneytricking 's Reanimation Gathering 27th/28th September and @red_panda_gym 's 3rd return of Red Panda Gathering 4th-6th October - I shot both weekends on my pocket cam which I'm gonna make a cool little mini sampler for :)

THANK YOU to both event teams for giving mine and many other's an amazing highlight to our 2025 Spring 🫶🏼🫶🏼 These are two combos I enjoyed at each gathering. Ty @trunks.ftc and @max.wr8_tricking for filming these 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Change is the only constant, and that word has engulfed my last 3 months to the brim. Whether through my or the world's hand, I've been at some of the biggest cross roads I've faced in a long time: making the decision to leave the only career I've ever known, forced through sickness and injury to stop most of the lifestyle and habits I've built, and slipping away from the man I know I have been, miniscule pieces at a time.

A quote I love I heard from @jessemcjannett is that "it's not about perfection, it's about progress" - and I've endeavoured to embody that as much as I can: being active at the capacity I can, as soon as I can, maintaining my standards to the absolute best I'm available to, looking after my mental health to the best of my ability and putting in the hard work. It hasn't all been perfect, I'll certainly admit. I'm grateful for this rocky path I've been on, as it's showed me even with the many leafs of life I now and have been working on, I can still succeed - the Brisbane Tricking Sampler is out, I've been working with @red_panda_gym on what's next for the @brisbane.tricking community, and I am very close to being able to proudly announce the debut of my biggest project yet.

The path of success is a hard road at that - it doesn't promise you comfort, consolation, safety, rest, or anything that the nets of mediocrity do. It doesn't promise you anything. When your only alternative is losing, and the pursuit of purpose, growth and identity call your name, why not try your best, brave the storm, and turn up for yourself?

A note from @noeldeyzel_bodybuilder I've recently cherished:

"You don't need to be fearless, you just need to be brave enough to take that next step. Start with one hard conversation with yourself. Do something that puts you outside of your comfort zone. In fact, do something that scares you"

Training and health is back to normal, I'm restarting 75 Hard, I'm studying, taking wins day by day, and growing back into the me I've missed for a while now. I've just come out of an amazingly adventurous month of spontaneously living in the city - out of the blue got two weeks to move (leaseholders wanted to break lease) so put all my stuff in storage, asked around, and my uncle could let me stay with him for a bit. This post has lots of tricks and stuff, I'll showcase a lot more of how life was like in the sampler - very interesting change of commuting, business, scenery, and pace. It was a privilege to experience and now I'm happy to he back on track with more time to do the things I love! Has to be one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life, so proud of this, getting its own reel hahaha.

3 minute 80kg zercher hold, 16x speed playback (I think life my maths is right lol)

The goal is a comfortable 3 minute 100kg. Now I have the trifactor of a 1 minute 100kg, 2 minute 90kg and 3 minute 80kg. Now we just stack them up!!

Originally didn't post this as I wanted to save for the next sampler. So what now? Well, turning 20, travelling for work that I love, having fun in the most beautiful sport, improving all the time - physically and mentally - just to name a few.

Leaps are always a big year for me, and this one has been especially notable. Mental health for the first time in a while I sound, I've found deep purpose, and I love the discipline, self-awareness and enthusiasm that I've grown.

I can't wait to show you all my big plans moving forwards. They're structured out, they're in the works, and now with an empty Christmas holiday there's a full schedule of growing these seeds into magnificent trees!

First ever event hosted, and sampler of the year premiered

The event itself was such a pleasure to run. Bringing eight members of my amazing community together to showcase out journeys, and have a bunch more show up to watch them was something truly special. I'm excited to run more mini events very very soon with @brisbane.tricking - TBA 😉 Thank you to EVERYONE for being apart of it!!

The sampler.. a chapter of: discovery? Searching? I find it hard to describe. What I can tell you is I love my community, and I love this sport. "Tricking isn't just a sport, it's an art form": this sampler aims to be catalyst to that. I poured as much essence, emotion and energy into this as I could. I hope you take meaning from it, just as much as I do. @max_wr8 mentioning him shedding a little tear during the premiere of my sampler was such a warming thing to hear 💛💛

I noticed while filming, this chapter had come to its close. Life is heading in a new, beautiful and thrilling direction for me. And the 3 big things I've found are signifying of this close are my hair, my sampler, and my soon-to-come album. I can't wait to show you all what's next for me. To Vin at the start of both of these projects I found it, and you knew it all along 🫶🏼🫶🏼
