DREAMS COME TRUE
@emmaquinn1606 / @posewithemma1

Many people know the story of wee Emma coming to me for coaching mentorship, massage, hyrox then back to bodybuilding.

We scaled her mindset - business and body.

1st show - class win 🥇

2nd show - class win & overall 🥇🗡️

3rd show - class win, overall & PRO card.. 🥇🗡️🪪
17 in class > 9 in overall
10 week old school prep, kcals never went below 2,000

Massive thanks to @vinny4487 who trains Emma and went there today for support and help out as always. TEAM !

This is memory’s for life.
Congratulations you deserved this.

back day (thickness)

as usual we keep things simple just the basics movements that have worked for years

putting muscle on doesn’t have to be complicated !!!

stick with the basics

get strong asf 💪

eat ur food

over a long period of time

trust me ur body will gain muscle

#pcapro#nabbapro#personaltrainer #onlinecoach#bodybuilder by @vinny4487

took me about 8 wks to get this

10x15 reps with 40kg pr side

this was last set

nothing complicated just basic hardwork which i’m seeing less and less off

just get into the gym give ur session no matter what it is ur all

by not allowing ur body to fail ur failing anyway

we dont get outworked

PCA BIKINI OVERALL WINNER 🏆⚔️

IS THAT REALLY ME 🥹

I still have no words that can even start to describe how I am feeling after the weekend - this decision was only made on Wednesday morning to jump on stage on Sunday @pca_ireland with no peak we simply registered and got some tan on 😉👙

The support and encouragement I have received from so many people has truly touched my heart and I’m still a little emotional about it all and watching all of my clients with @posewithemma1 made the day even more special as I truly adore each and everyone of you 💖💙

I have an amazing TEAM in my corner and without them this definitely wouldn’t be possible and they all know how thankful and blessed I am to have them🥹

My mummy & sister @rebeccamckay__ are my Queens in my life and no matter what I do they are right beside me supporting me💖💖

@elevate_online_nutrition_coach - no words are enough so all I’m gonna say is WE DID IT⚔️🏆

@vinny4487 & @gymantrim - Big V where do I start…nothing I say will do you justice for how thankful I am for you simply being YOU and WE DID IT⚔️🏆

@massage.by.dm - You have kept this wee body in tip top shape and I am forever gonna be in your corner 💙

@belle_bikinis - Emma you are so loved in this industry and I am beyond proud and blessed to wear your beautiful creations 👙💃

So I guess all that’s left to say is “GUESS IM A BIKINI GAL NOW”💯

Every year, I sign myself up for a challenge to help raise money for NI Hospice. Over the past few years, we’ve taken on HYROX races, half marathons and even full marathons 💪

This year is a little different—I’m joining a team of 18 from Gym Antrim Dragons for the Dragon Boat Race on Saturday 19 September! I’m not entirely sure what to expect, but I’m sure we’ll have a brilliant laugh 😆🐉

NI Hospice is a charity that’s very close to my heart, so any donation—big or small—would be greatly appreciated 🖤
