CHIEF NICHOLFORD

I remember the night before leaving for the Navy..my grandfather told me “You are gonna be fine, you are covered”. (my real church folk know what that means)
Psalm 18:29

I’m thankful for my wife Morgan Nichol-Ford and my boys Maddox and Micah. Yall keep me going no matter what!

I’m thankful for my family today, for raising me right, guiding me in the right direction and always being there when I needed them.

I’m thankful for my friends in and out of the Military for always putting a smile on my face and keeping my iTunes playlist “Diverse” 😂

To my mentors “you know who you are” THANK YOU. Yall built a machine and I’m just getting started baby.

To my Sailors….ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!

Good catching up with some old friends and some dogz. Time may pass, but the lessons never do.

Every conversation is a reminder that the standard isn’t something you talk about it’s something you live every single day. The best handlers, trainers, and teams aren’t built by talent alone. They’re built through consistency, accountability, and the willingness to keep showing up when nobody’s watching.

Keep grinding. Keep learning. Keep pushing the next generation. Most importantly, hold the standard because when you refuse to lower it, everyone around you has no choice but to rise.
