Love seeing our CiiRUS team bring this together at FAVR in Orlando 🙌

A lot of work goes into showing up like this. Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and everyone who stopped by.

What excites me most is the chance to keep listening to property managers and building around what matters to them: more time for their guests and homeowners, and more room to grow.

Proud of this team.

10 properties and 100 properties are two very different operations.

As property managers grow, their needs change. Their processes change. And their technology has to be able to change with them.

For me, that’s what scalability really means: not just features, but having a technology partner that listens and evolves with your business.

That’s the promise we’ve built CiiRUS around for nearly two decades.

Thirty years since his last Shinkansen ride. More than ten years since his last weekend away. And somehow, Kosei chose to spend this one with me.

Three years ago, my friend Kaori took me into Toyosu’s wholesale market, where I met the man I now proudly call my friend: one of Toyosu’s finest tuna professionals and an even better human being. What began as a chance meeting amid the early-morning chaos, giant tuna, and serious business became a friendship I genuinely treasure.

Now we’re heading to Ise Jingu, laughing on the bullet train like two kids on a school trip.

“Kosei, say hello to the world.”

“This is my first time in about three decades.”

“It’s an absolute pleasure to do it with you.”

“Thank you, Vinny-san.”

No, my friend—thank you. And thank you, Kaori-san, because none of this would have happened without you.

Some trips stay with you because of the destination. Others stay with you because of the person sitting beside you. This one is both.

His first weekend away in over a decade. His first Shinkansen in thirty years. A friendship born at Toyosu, now rolling toward Ise.

I’ll always remember this. Truly honoured. Let’s go. 🚄🇯🇵 taken in Tokyo, Japan by @vinnytraveltech

Most people who find this page think they know what it’s about.

Some see the travel photos and assume I’m a travel creator.

Some see the business posts and assume I’m a CEO.

Some see the football photos and assume I’m just another Tottenham supporter trying to survive each weekend.

The reality is much simpler.

I’m the son of a man who built companies from nothing.

I’m a single dad trying to raise two boys while showing them as much of the world as possible.

I’m fortunate enough to spend my life between airports, boardrooms, football stadiums, mountain roads, tiny restaurants, and places most tourists never see.

Along the way I’ve learned something important:

The most valuable things in life rarely appear on a balance sheet.

Not the countries visited.
Not the business deals.
Not the miles flown.

The people.

The friendships built over decades.

The colleagues who become family.

The lessons passed from parent to child.

The memories that somehow become the stories we tell for the rest of our lives.

This carousel isn’t really about business.

It isn’t really about travel either.

It’s about building a life worth remembering.

And if you’re reading this, I hope you’re building one too.

I don’t talk about my cousin Pasquale enough… probably because I’m still bitter that he’s annoyingly good at what he does. 😂 This man is rated one of the best Pizza Chefs in the world! 🍕 🌍

He’s one of my best mates, and every time I’m back in Napoli I spend as much time as I can with him and the family. His pizzeria serves hundreds of pizzas a night, and watching him work is honestly an art form.

So naturally… I’ve decided to become his biggest problem.

Welcome to Episode 1 of “Annoying an Italian Pizza Chef with Americanisms.” 🇮🇹🇺🇸

While he’s in the middle of dinner service, with the kitchen absolutely flat out, I walk up and casually ask:

“Excuse me… why isn’t there any ketchup on my pizza?”

The look he gave me could’ve ended our bloodline.

Without missing a beat he looked up, gave me the middle finger, told me to “f**k you,” and went straight back to making pizza like nothing had happened.

The funny part? That’s basically how Italians say “I love you.”

Don’t worry, Pasquale… this is only the beginning. I’ve got plenty more American food crimes ready for you.
