Congrats to my dear pookies @mikeyawesomec & @e.stle on their new arc as Mr & Mrs !! 😌✨💖
.
.
It was an honour being a candle sponsor in your ceremony and also a photographer for your proposal last year, family & cultural pre-wedding shoots. I rarely see my work so large and printed in different formats in the same space so it felt like a mini gallery with lots of fun things to do. Shooting something special for close friends makes me even more attentive to details and the storytelling and I’m so happy everything turned out beautiful. It was such a pleasure getting to know your families before your big day 😌💖✨
.
.
Thank you guys for holding so much love and space for all of us in your lives. Your ceremony was so beautiful and heartfelt ofc I had to save the memories in a carousel like this >.<
.
.
Dawg I cried so much (joy, sentiments, speeches, good memories) but I want to give a shoutout to @nyxcosmetics_canada ‘s epic wear eyeliner for holding up through the tears and for @lorealparis ‘s infallible setting spray for holding up my makeup for over 15 hours with no touch ups!
.
.
M&E Con was a massive success fr fr 😝😝😝

It’s taken a few years but finally got to meet @usha_jey 🤩🙌🏾✨💃🏽
.
.
I’ve seen Usha’s incredible journey across a span of years from when she first started and I’m so happy I got to learn choreo from her. It was so much fun cracking open my old Kuthu dancer bones open after many years too 🥹💖
.
.
Shoutout to @moveason3 for facilitating these workshops, it was so much fun learning and dancing with dancers of all levels, even completely new beginners to the beloved genre. Also huge shoutout to @vynga_ for leading the warmup & supporting the workshops! I hope more ppl give the genre a chance because Kuthu/Gaana is litttt. Also I hope to learn some more Kuthu choreo again this year 🤞🏽🤙🏽💖✨💃🏽
.
.
I Hope to attend a future workshop and maybe even try hip hop or a whole new genre next time :) #kuthusong #kuthudance #ushajey #moveasone #danceworkshop taken in Toronto, Ontario by @vinsia

🥊-Vilakku 🙏🏽🦜🌲This is a saree I’ll never get sick of re-wearing 😝 saree pleated by @pleatedbyg ! Someone rope me in for a shoot this summer, I’d love to wear these accessories again 💖😩🙏🏽📸 shoutout to my mother for these super rushed pics & @chittum.92 for the phone pics after I fixed my saree at the hall 😆🌲
.
.
Also the last 2-3 months have possibly lowkey repaired a bit from my horrendously bad social battery from the last 5 years. I do wish I went around and said hello to everyone but ngl my kollusu got caught in my saree and I was kinda stuck lol 😭 It was lovely seeing ppl I haven’t seen in 3-10 years!! 😌✨

🧜🏽‍♀️ Ripley’s Sea Star Ball @ripleysaquaca
.
.
This was my first ever ball, I had so much fun practicing and putting this creative look together. Best of all - both the saree and top are thrifted 🤭 PS if you know me you know I love aquariums, and dressing up so this was very much my cup a tea and a nice refresh from cosplaying hehe. 🤭

Back in 2023, a whole year before we went into production and casted Midnight Murungai, @vinsia and @rambam_films workshopped the infamous bathroom scene to see if it would work. It did! And we moved ahead with making the film. Every step has been part of a journey involving many creatives! by @vinsia

💖✨ Thank you @stamp_fairtex & @champ_kahan for an amazing seminar at @legacy.universe in Mississauga! ✨💖
.
.
Bucket list items crossed off :
✅ Meet your #1 FAVE Muay Thai fighter of all time
✅ Train Muay Thai in 2026
✅ Spend a day being a tourist in Sauga
✅ Lose your Gyubees Virginity
.
.
I haven’t done Muay Thai training in a year (📉📉) I’m so glad I was able to grab a ticket for this seminar. Honestly had so much fun learning new combos, training with friends, training in a new space, and leaving Scarbs to experience new things! PS : if I won the lottery the first signs would be Muay Thai related haha 🤣
.
.
I’ve tasted a few different martial arts in my lifetime (Tkd, wrestling, bjj & boxing) and nothing gives me as much peace and joy as Muay Thai. I know I don’t have enough space or the right stuff to practice properly, but I hope one day I can return to the sport and train regularly. I miss the community (SBG Scarbs), coaches & ngl the slippery mats after a busy class. Slept SO well after the seminar, gyubees & a nice walk around Square One >.<
