Such a great Halloween 🎃🖤👻🎃🖤👻
This was our third time playing @darrellstavern and our second costume party there. We love it here.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and came correct with awesome outfits. Congratulations to @sickcrushband for CRUSHING (🥁) their first official show and shoutout to @sunpuddleband for making sure that Seattle is still the place for remarkable grunge music.

We love you all. We're going to hibernate for the rest of the year so we can get back to recording some new music. We'll see you in 26' with new tracks and tricks for shows!

Much love,

VB ❤️🤘

We're going to need three things from you: your attendance, a sick ass costume, and some dancing shoes!

The @the.kraken.seattle are letting us have a show ON HALLOWEEN ON A SATURDAY!! We definitely intend on dressing super creepy? Cute? Sexy? Creutexy? Definitely Cruetexy. Our dear, dear friends @filthytraitors and @megadepth_ are all in to make this a great friggin Halloween.

Love you guys, see you soon!

Ps: New studio song incoming! by @violent_beauregarde_

Dope guacamole recipe:

3 avocados
½ diced red onion
2 Diced spicy pepper of choice. Jalapeños work, but serranos are great too
1 fat lime. Juice that bitch.
Salt and pepper to taste

After mixing ingredients, throw in diced tomatoes. Start mixing again

If you're feeling fancy, dehydrated tomatoe slices seasoned with Tajin make tasty dipping chips.

...also, we have an all ages show coming up at @lucky_liquor ! Bring your fraaaaaaands! by @violent_beauregarde_

"VB, what'chu got cooking?" You scream, waking in the dead of night from a fever dream. Well, we've been spending most of the summer writing new material and we're about to get some studio work done. 😈

If we can eek out a couple of shows before the end of summer, you'll be the first to know!

We miss seeing your beautiful faces and singing along with to you all.

In the meantime, we'll probably drop a few songs from our last show from The Holler

Love yoooooou,

VB

Happy birthday to our boy @willsyn_media ! Easily one of the kindest humans you will ever meet. If you get the chance, drop our friend a happy birthday message and give his other band @synsenvy a follow too ;)

Love you dude,

Heeeeey, you're writing happy birthday to yourself. Was it hard to find a photo of you with a shirt on? Of course it was, you narcissist.

Your therapist told you to be nicer to me/you/us, so...

You sing in a cool band. The band would have a different singer without you. So, way to go.

See you next year, loser. Happy birthday, 40 looks good on you

Happy birthday today to our boy Ryder! Every band needs a rad drummer. They're the rock, the foundation. Ryder fits the bill, but he also stepped in when VB was in a very turbulent period. Won't be dramatic and say he saved the band, but he sorta did. We're beyond grateful to this rad guy.

Love ya, bruv

Hey everyone!

Thank you for helping us get to a pretty significant mile stone! 1,000 followers is so rad!

While we know that number isn't setting any records, it does reflect several things:

band practices in freezing garages, jam spaces without windows or AC in the dead of summer, shows with a packed house, shows with no one in attendance, seeing our shirts out in the wild, a cycle of very talented musicians who aren't in the band anymore, but helped us build something special, seeing crowds mosh to our music or hearing our words sung back to us, the opportunity to have shared the stage with so many greatbands, songs that will never see the light of day (Sorry MITA/MYTA), new songs that'll blow your friggin socks off...

But most importantly, it reflects the community we're building with you all.

Thank you for jamming/singing/dancing/screaming/laughing/rocking out with us.

We love you guys,

See you soon

❤️VB
