20 years. Crazy. From going to school with Ronnie and Robert, to living together, meeting Monte and getting introduced to Omar, sleeping on strangers floors, robbing grocery stores to survive, stealing our first P.A, addiction, sobriety and back and forth, touring in a van and getting to a bus and everything afterwards and in between. What a wild ride it was 🤘🏼🖤 by @violentnewmax

Just an update progress report on how everything’s been going. Sometimes you stay silent online for too long and when everyone knows about the way you used to live, people start wondering and talking. Sometimes it’s friends being concerned. Sometimes it’s people you used to call friends just talking shit because they’re bored and just wanna hurt somebody and they remember you used to be an easy target.
Keep your head down, don’t engage and just go back to work and let that speak for itself.
I’m in the best shape of my life both mentally and physically and I got myself here and I’m the only one who can take it away.
I’m getting back into a bulk phase trying to take in more carbs and maybe adjust my lifting routine to build more muscle. I’ll probably post a monthly update from here on out, I feel like that’s a good amount of time in between to show results.
I hope everyone has a great start to their week. by @violentnewmax
