WOW… every single year I say, “It can’t possibly get any better than this…” and every single year it proves me wrong.

I honestly thought the law of averages would finally catch up with us and we’d end up with rain, but thankfully the weather held off and helped make it another incredible Pride.

First and foremost, Joanne and I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to our amazing staff. You worked tirelessly from start to finish, serving with smiles and helping everything run so smoothly.

What made us even prouder was the number of people who stopped Joanne and me to tell us how friendly, welcoming and hardworking our staff were. That means more to us than you’ll ever know. You are the heart of The Masquerade.

A huge thank you to our security team for keeping the event safe, welcoming and completely incident free.

To our incredible queens and DJs, you absolutely smashed it. Every performance was first class and helped create an atmosphere that people will remember for a long time.

This year’s guest acts, sound, lighting and production were simply outstanding.

A massive thank you to the lads who worked throughout the day keeping Cumberland Street clean, and to all the unsung heroes who helped build, run and take down the event.

A very special mention goes to Paul and Gary, who got off a nine-hour flight, drove straight from the airport and worked non-stop through the build, the event and the takedown. You really are a pair of legends.

Finally, thank you to our amazing community. Your continued support means the world to us. We hope you all had an unforgettable time at the Masquerade Cumberland Street Party.

That’s Pride 2026 wrapped up. Keep an eye out for our photographer’s album, which will be posted very soon.

Thank you all once again for making another Pride one we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to welcome you back for Pride 2027 at The Masquerade Bar. taken in Masquerade Bar by @violet.painofficial
