Happy International Women's Day to all women worldwide, including trans women, queer women, brown women, black women, and women in Palestine and Iran. All women deserve to be seen and heard. Every day should be Women's Day, as we are the most powerful creatures to walk the earth . This is Part 1 of many beautiful photos captured today! I just love women, don't you? 🖤✨

𝚉𝚘𝚎 & 𝙰𝚕𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚘 🌙 ☀️

On film & digital 🖤The love was palpably present, not only between the bride and groom, but also from everyone who gathered to celebrate this exquisite couple. With Enya’s soothing melodies filling the mansion halls, candelabras aglow with radiant moons and stars, it was truly a breathtaking vision! These days are never about me, yet I felt deeply cared for by not only by the couple but also by their wonderful mothers and the lovely bridesmaids. I am profoundly grateful to have documented this wedding, and isn’t Zoe simply stunning? Books are open for weddings & elopements, let’s chat! #wedding #weddingphotography #weddingphotographer #love #beautiful #whimsical #artist #artistoninstagram #creative #creativephotography #film #filmphotography #midwestphotographer #authenticlovemagazine by @violetcreativephotos

Long ago, a maiden was slain,
Her soul reignited with vengeance to claim.
Beware the creek beyond the trees, She may be lying in wait for thee. - @x247usg

Beware the Nü gui 🖤

Exploring @x247usg culture with her to bring a spooky folklore to life was an absolute honor! I love this time of year and doing sessions that highlight all different cultures and their stories!

Another thank you to all the beautiful people who create this art with me! I cannot wait to host you all next month for a celebratory dinner 🖤 #art #photography #creativephotography #folklore #chinesefolklore by @violetcreativephotos

Who? Who are you?— « I want to enter your heart. You will not regret that I insist; I want to tell you of wonders.» — parzival, a medieval poem by wolfram von eschenbach.

Thank you SEPTEMBER 🖤

Hi! If you’re new here sometimes I pop on and give a glimpse of my little life. I do my best to find the magic in the everyday, even if it’s just stopping to watch a butterfly for a moment 🦋 Also, Hayden Christensen told me I’m beautiful and Barry told me he loves me. I visited several new states this month, shot 5 weddings, shot creative sessions & spent time with those I love. Last but not least, DEAD MEN DON’T RAPE! by @violetcreativephotos

“In the setting of the sunlight, you’re blinded
Stevie cast a spell that’s still bindin’
that you could never get away from my likeness
& now that you’ve come searchin’, I’m still
nothing more than just a silhouette on the hill”

I had this headpiece in my head that I HAD to get out, so I finally sat down with my fabrics and made it & now I literally want to make 100 more!
Thank you so much to the incredibly stunning & haunting @pryn_ec for always effortlessly bringing the visions to life! #photography #creativephotography #photographer #art #gothic by @violetcreativephotos

When I was a little girl I opened up a tin box in my nana’s library that was full of very old photographs. Fragile, haunting & beautiful photos. I was enchanted & it’s always been my dream to recreate photos like that. Thank you @rachelevelynn @rachelxevelynn for always letting me play a little extra with our film photos, I have so much love for you and the creativity we create! #photography #filmphotography #film #whimsical by @violetcreativephotos
