amsterdam 🫵 we are too pumped to come over next weekend for our event at @borisovamsterdam w @djsweet6teen ‼️🦋

the space will be kitted out with a custom lighting system designed by none other than @borisacket 🫯

we’re very excited to be partnering with our good friends at @kontakt.ams, as well as @energyforrefugees, a local dutch group that provides solar power for refugee camps. we’ll be hosting a fundraising bbq with them starting from 7pm.

when violet moss first asked me to throw a party together, I thought she was crazy. today, over a year later, when she proposed running 3 events in 3 different cities over the course of 1 month, I didn’t flinch. these events have been some of my favourite nights and we can’t wait for this string of dates at home and on the road.

The title track ‘New Style’ comes laced with proggy, dubby goodness, a rolling baseline and hypnotic vocal sampling.

$‘New Style’ is out today 🦋 I wanted to make something lush and floaty and groovy but also with the capacity to pop the lid off. I’ve been really interested in dubby sounds of late so you’ll hear my first experiments going down that path the second track ‘Chora’ is a heavier, sweatier track built around the dynamic between this acid line and Brazilian vocal sample. it’s particularly cheeky if I do say so myself. both songs designed for the club, both songs I’ve really enjoyed playing out these past few months. this is the second release on @violetmoss.vmr. enjoy! designed by @domvine 📸 @paulina_fraczek by @violetmoss.vmr$

last friday was epic and maybe our most special dancefloor yet. music was just so good from start to finish, from @amyycutter warming things up with her deep collection, to a masterful 2 hours from @retromigration. violet said she felt “sufficiently celebrated” on her birthday and passes on her thanks to everyone in attendance 💗

that marks 5 sold out events we’ve run the last 12 months. I moved to london specifically for its music, so to be able to participate in the scene like this has been a huge thrill and a massive honour. immense gratitude to everyone who’s come down and made these events what they are.

we’ll be taking a hiatus for a few months, though violet is already spinning some wild ideas for 2026. in the meantime, I’ve got some exciting things to announce, starting with 2 new tracks coming out this thursday on VMR :)
