Last year I said this chapter was personal. I meant it.

This year I built loudly:

CBE certified. APEX Accelerators. Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Two contracts. New license Operator, and instructor’s license loading.
All while pouring back into my community.
Not perfect. Not pretending. Just a woman who bet on herself.

Happy birthday to me. She’s here. 💫
Still that girl👑! Watch Her Work 💼

Yesterday’s Shenanigans Enjoy 😊

Built with faith. Moved with intention. Rested without guilt.

Can’t complete #CBCWeek without a powerful stop at the National Museum of African American History & Culture. 🖤 Always a reminder of our roots, resilience, and legacy.

Should we do it again next summer? by @vipellebee

I’ve carried a lot this year… silently, gracefully, and sometimes painfully.
But today, I’m celebrating the woman who made it through.
Not perfect. Not pretending.
Just present, whole, and healing.
Happy birthday to me. This next chapter is personal. 💫
Been that girl!
