As an inclusion advocate, I work with others to expand beyond their comfort zones, but most recently I’ve been embracing my own advice.

PSA: There are no obligations to be the same person you were yesterday.

Change your mind, your opinion, your career path, start that project/ initiative/ business, enrol in the course, switch lanes, switch again, unlock the best in yourself.

Sharing my energy as I prepare to step into a new era.

The last few years have given so many beautiful opportunities to deliver inclusion focused training and to connect with teams ranging from advertising execs to emerging creative talent.

No matter the which end of the spectrum I’m working with there is one constant.

Everyone is learning and unlearning. Outside your comfort zone is where growth happens.

Still feeling the vibe from running yesterday’s @the_colour_balance workshop with a baby on board.

3. Virgilia | @twopointzero.global
Deptford

Founder of @twopointzero.global , an inclusive creative production company creating culturally nuanced work for global brands.

Her career is a reflection of the power of purpose — bringing together years of working alongside photographers and directors, building pipelines for underrepresented talent through her nonprofit work, and a deep passion for storytelling that goes beyond the surface.

Virgilia is someone who has personally opened doors for me, presented me with opportunities, and continues to use her position to create space for others within our community.

Blacktober is about celebrating people like Virgilia — the ones creating opportunities, shifting perspectives and making sure there is space at the table for the next generation.

It’s an honour to bring light to her story and the work she continues to do🧡 by @virgilia___
