💞28💞

Today marks 28 years since I was born, 2 years since my grandma passed away, and 1 year since I last had alcohol. After my grandma passed on my birthday two years ago I struggled immensely. Last year, I chose to stop drinking and successfully made it through the entirety of 27 without alcohol and I’m so proud of myself. Each year I mourn my grandma, but I now have a new achievement I can celebrate each year. I am excited to find out what 28 and beyond will bring!

To be trans is to be a butterfly: metamorphosis in the face of bigotry and persecution. Trans is beautiful

I’m so incredibly proud of this look! It is the culmination of the hard work of transgender women and gender nonconforming individuals from beginning to end. It was crucial to me to highlight the art and creativity the comes from my community, especially in light of our current political climate. Thank you so much Foxxi and Calla for helping realize this concept! It turned out better than I could’ve imagined! Happy Pride!
