For as long as I can remember, I hated Saturdays.
While preparing for the French agrégation, I became convinced that teaching simply wasn’t my path.
Yoga taught me that both of those beliefs were wrong.
Today, Saturday has become my favorite day of the week.
Every week, I wake up excited to meet this little community that means so much to me and to share a practice that has profoundly changed my life.
Yoga doesn’t solve all our problems. But it changes the way we meet them. Through movement and breath, we reconnect with our bodies, calm our minds, soften our fears, and rediscover the joy that already exists within us.
Teaching yoga has never been about perfect postures.
It’s about creating a space where people can simply breathe, reconnect with themselves, and take a moment away from the noise of everyday life.

To my students, thank you for trusting me and for giving me far more than I could ever give back. 🤍

Thank you to my wonderful friend @stephpomme for capturing these beautiful moments.

And to my two extraordinary teachers and guides, @soniaamayoga and @marineduchesnes thank you for changing my life.

It’s a wonderful life.

Last Sunday of June. Between the ancient walls of Tiberius and the sea, time seems to stand still. One last swim to end the day.
