STOP CALLING YOURSELF LAZY. 🛑

This might be controversial but procrastination usually isn’t laziness — it’s a lack of structure.

Just because you want to get things done doesn’t mean you will. Coming from someone who always makes todo lists 🫣

You can sit there all day “knowing what you should do” and still feel frozen if there’s no clear system telling you what’s next.

I’ve worked with so many creators who thought they were lazy when in reality… they were trying to create, plan, and stay consistent with zero organization.

Here’s what’s actually happening 👇

1️⃣ No structure = decision fatigue
When everything lives in your head, your brain shuts down. Avoidance isn’t laziness — it’s overload.

2️⃣ You’re forcing discipline instead of fixing the setup
Motivation fades. Systems don’t. If your workflow only works on “good days,” it’s broken.

3️⃣ You’re blaming yourself instead of the process
Calling yourself lazy keeps you stuck. Building a simple system moves you forward.

Personally, when I stopped trying to “push through” procrastination and started organizing my tasks and content, everything changed!!

Less guilt. More clarity. Way more consistency. 🤩

There’s no one-size-fits-all system — which is why personalized structure matters so much.

Comment “lazy” if you want help fixing the system instead of blaming yourself.

Save this for the next time you think you’re just “bad at staying consistent.” 💭

How to cycle sync your life and content before 2027 ⤵️

- Everyone’s talking about “locking in” before 2027, but what if you stopped trying to be productive in the same way every week? 👀

One thing I’ve been learning is that consistency doesn’t have to mean doing the same amount of work every single day.

Your energy changes throughout your menstrual cycle, so why should your routine stay the same???

✨ Use your menstrual phase to rest and maintain.
✨ Use your follicular phase to plan and brainstorm.
✨ Use your ovulatory phase to film and batch content.
✨ Use your luteal phase to edit and schedule content.

The goal isn’t to do MORE in the next couple months. It’s to build habits that actually work for you, so you’re not starting over every January.

Save this for your winter arc reset & comment what you struggle with most when it comes to staying consistent! 💌

I used to think I just wasn’t disciplined enough to stay consistent as a creator 😭

Every month I’d start strong, batch a week of content, feel like I had it together — and then crash. No motivation. No ideas. No energy to even open Canva. I genuinely thought something was wrong with me.

Then I learned that my hormones literally shift my energy, focus, and creativity 4 different times a month. And I had been scheduling the hardest creative tasks on my lowest energy days without even knowing it.

Once I started matching my content tasks to my cycle phase everything changed. Follicular for ideating. Ovulation for filming. Luteal for editing. Menstrual for resting and reviewing. That’s it. That’s the whole system.

I stopped burning out. I stopped starting over every month. And I actually started showing up consistently — not because I got more disciplined, but because I stopped working against my body.

Save this so you can come back to it when you’re in your “why can’t I just be consistent” spiral and share it with a creator friend who needs to hear this today.

Did you know creating in different phases of your cycle will actually effect your content? Yeaaaa

A lot of creators will film whenever they have the time, but most creators don’t know that could be effecting how their content preforms.

You have the most energy when you’re ovulating and that is the best time to batch film your content!

I have a pdf that shows what to do in each phase of your cycle so that you don’t have to force energy you just work with your body naturally 🤏🏼

Comment ovulation and I’ll send it your way!! 🥰

Only 50% of women track their periods 👀

This blows my mind!!

I’ve kept up with my menstrual cycle since I’ve had one lol..

About a year ago I started cycle syncing my meals and workouts. Now? I cycle sync my content!!

It’s actually changed so much for me. I stopped burning out. I created a system that keeps me on track even when I’m in my luteal phase (the week and a half leading up to your period where your energy is the lowest) and feel more in tune with my body!

Comment to let me know if you track your cycle! ⬇️

Your cycle is the only content calendar you actually need — and I had to learn that the hard way.

I used to schedule film days when I was completely drained, wondering why showing up on camera felt so hard. Turns out I was working against my body.

Once I started mapping my content to my cycle, everything clicked. I know exactly which phase to film, which to brainstorm, and which one to just relax.

My output went up when I started working with my cycle instead of against it. The system is in my bio if you’re ready to stop randomly posting. 🔗

I figured out exactly which week to film, which week to sell, and which week to do absolutely nothing.

and once I did, I never fell off my content schedule again.

here’s the thing nobody tells you — your energy isn’t random. it follows a pattern every single month. and if you’re trying to show up the same way every week, you’re literally fighting your own biology.
I started mapping my content to my cycle phases and it completely changed how I create. brainstorm during follicular. film everything during ovulation. edit and schedule during luteal. rest during your period and let your scheduled content run.

same output. half the burnout.

save this carousel — it breaks down exactly what to do in each phase. track your cycle for the next 3 months and watch how predictable your energy actually becomes. 🌙

which phase are you in right now? drop it below 👇

Just because your routine isn’t working doesn’t mean you’re the problem.

It’s overwhelming waking up not knowing what you’re supposed to post or work on.

Everything feels scattered… your ideas, your content, your goals.

So you try to force structure… push through… stay “on track.”

But it just makes everything feel heavier.

You think the solution is being more consistent every single day.

I thought that too, until I created a system that organizes everything for me.

I show exactly how I reset my life and content for Q2 on YouTube.

Full video is in my bio.

(and yes — my weekly content planner is what I use to stay organized daily)
