Instagram has changed so much and it’s time to change the way you create your content

Instagram no long favors “likes”

Instead, you need to be producing content that can be shared, saved, or reposted. In order to achieve this, your content needs to be valuable.

Save this post next time you need the reminder 🤍

Not every client is perfect, but as a social media manager, I have my limits 💅🏽

If you any or all of these gold stars, I think we may be a good fit 🤎

Our flaws are our biggest weakness

And it’s quite literally what’s holding you back from posting. the. damn. content.

I get it. I’ve been there.

There have been one too many times where I didn’t post a piece of content for fear it wasn’t good enough or I didn’t like the way I looked in it. It’s good to be critical, but over critical? It’s time to leave her behind.

After all, just because you think something is a flaw doesn’t mean everyone else does.

Push past that fear and create your content. You’ll thank yourself later 🤍

You only fail if you give up ✍🏽

And I’ve given up more times than I can count.

It’s not always a bad thing; after all, we’re not meant to pursue every single idea we have. But I think the biggest lesson here is the only way to really fail at something is when you decide it’s too hard.

Maybe you thought it would’ve been easier. Maybe you thought you’d create one good thing and everyone would suddenly find your content or your products. Or maybe you were too delusional and thought it wouldn’t require any effort because “that person already has everything figured out”. Someone’s step 100 is not the same as your step 2.

It’s important to understand that
1. Not everything is meant for you
2. Your journey may not look like someone else’s
3. You can only fail when you give up.

*important note* knowing when to pivot is not giving up. Sometimes we all just need some redirection to put us on the right path 🤎 sometimes you just need the extra help

September curriculum has been revealed 🤎

And it’s not business related (thankfully)

I’ve always wondered way the beginning of September always feels excited and hopeful, and I’ve come to realize it’s because this is what my brain associated with the new school year. Even though I haven’t been in school in years, I still remember the feeling of syllabus week and getting my life organized so that I’d have a successful semester. My business is just like that, but this post is purely about what I personally enjoy and look forward to each year.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you need to fill your own cup first before you can give your all into your business. And these little September goodies are the best way for me to do that 🍂

Would you enjoy a list of everything listed here? Lmk in the comments and I’ll DM you the links 🤎

As a virtual assistant, I wear multiple hats when it comes to my clients. Taking care of their YouTube channels, blogs, social media, SEO, affiliate links…. All tasks that would take up a lot of time if each of my clients took it upon themselves to just do it on their own. Hiring a virtual assistant means you no longer have to worry about these small but time-consuming, everyday essentials to keep your business running.

30 lessons in 30 years 🎂

While literally nothing in my life turned out the way I expected it to WHEN I expected it to, I wouldn’t change a single thing right now.

What are some lessons you might have added to this list?

Staying organized and consistent is truly an art form and needs to be practiced often. While I’m always evolving and finding new ways to improve my routine, here are my current rituals and things I use to make sure I always do what needs to get done.

As someone who still believes “I’ll remember this later”, it’s very important that I write everything down and organize it in that same moment 😂 with clients and personal goals, I need to make sure nothing gets overlooked and that I’m setting myself and my clients up for success everyday.
