When you go to read PREY on Webtoons, you'll notice a little something different. I finally updated the comic cover! Now it looks a lot more interesting at first glance (and we all know, most people TOTALLY judge books by its cover).
.
It was veeeeeeery fun to go back to a more detailed rendering style. Sadly, I can't make every single panel in the actual comic look like a masterpiece lol. It was nice to challenge myself again 💁‍♀️

NEW PREY EPISODE! Link is in my bio 🥹🥹 I know there is a typo in the 6th picture. I fixed it on Webtoons already lol 🙄🙄😔
.
Another chapter, another problem (or two) for our girl, Lily. But don't worry, she's about to get distracted and ignore every problem as usual 😂😂😂
.
I know I originally said this was going to be part 2 of Episode 9 but I reworked it (like 3 times ahhhhhh) and it's now so long that it became its own chapter. And EP 9 Part 1 is also long af anyway lol

Just a couple progress sketches from PREY Episode 9 Part 2. Giving expressions to my characters is one of my favorite parts of drawing.
.
Maybe I'll finish it this weekend... maybe not. It all depends on how Hurricane Lowell will impact the power at my house 🤷‍♀️

First half of Episode 9 is uploaded 🫪✊️

It's kind of crazy that everything occurring in the webtoon so far happened only in about a week. Time seems to move slowly for someone like our girl, Lily.

Still no power, thanks #hurricanelala. Had to drive out to get internet to post this lol. Anyway, the power might be out but I'm not! Sketching these with a ballpoint pen 100% made me miss having an undo button in Clip Studio. Or even having a pencil/eraser on hand 🥲🥲
