We are thrilled to welcome Quamaine Daniels to Jeffrey Zeigler's We Were Fridays program at Weeksville on October 17.

Quamaine will lead a FLEXN dance workshop exploring the style's history, cultural context, and movement language. Participants will use FLEXN to explore choreography inspired by We Were Fridays' themes while discovering how personal experiences and movement can create and tell stories.

Free and open to all. Free tickets at the link in bio.

First time getting into an Ice Bath and won’t be my last! After the first initial dip it got fairly easier to stay in.( I went in about 4x) I also hate cold water and don’t think there’s no amount of cold showers that could prepare you for this 😂 taken in Brooklyn, New York by @virtuosobyq.art
