We are proud to announce our affiliation with @heroesjiujitsu

Come join us every Monday at 6pm, FREE for Active-duty Military, Veterans, First Responders and teachers.

“Established in our flagship gym @GHCedarPark , under Professor @timkennedymma Heroes Jiu-Jitsu was born out of the desire to provide a space for our protectors, our veterans, and our emergency services that give so much of themselves to a life dedicated to service.

A collaboration between @independencefund and @sheepdogresponse to highlight the benefits directly attributed to jiu jitsu, most notably that of mental health, Heroes Jiu Jitsu goes beyond the mat, to address mental, emotional, and physical needs of our Heroes.”

Gold Star families always train for free ❤️

Great night of Jiu-Jitsu matches and fights at @madonnainn1958!

@Corey_jiujitsu started things off with a hard-fought Jiu-Jitsu match and got the decision!

@theshield.offaith was up next and wasted no time, jumping on an RNC in the first round for the win!

@trevon.bridewell showed off his takedown skills and mat returns, pushed the pace the entire fight, and finished it in the 3rd round with an RNC!

Big congratulations to our friends @micah.kephart and the guys at @ranchfightclub for bringing home the belt!

And a big shoutout to all the coaches who stepped up and helped with the camps for these fighters: @coach_javiboxing @d1_mma @kojak805 @bigbuddhabites @er_franco_vcr — and, of course, all of their families and training partners who put in the work behind the scenes to get these guys ready! Congratulations to our friends @warriorbloodjj and @velocitymmaoceano as well!

Great night all around. On to the next one! by @virtus_bjj
