💰 $8000 on one project from scratch using neural networks.

Our team has completed a visualization and design project for JP in New York and received $8000 for it 🔥

🏠 The client purchased an apartment 970 ft² (90 m²) with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom for rent on Airbnb and Booking. His request was: a stylish loft that attracts the attention of tenants.

📸 We arrived the next day, took photos on our phone, uploaded them to an AI-based application, created several design options in 30 minutes, and immediately impressed the client!

📝 We calculated the cost of the project, made an estimate for $8000 and signed a contract. After an advance payment of 50%, the work was completed in 2 weeks by 1 designer and 1 visualizer.

✨ The project was implemented, the client is satisfied, payment received!

✨ An order for $2000 from the Behance platform!

A client from the USA entrusted us with creating a visualization of a 2000 ft² (180 m²) room, including a kitchen, living room and hallway with stairs.

📋 Stages of work:

1️⃣ Agreeing on details and an advance payment of $1000.

2️⃣ Start of work: we model the space, add textures, lighting and 3D models.

3️⃣ We send the preliminary result to the client for discussion and corrections.

4️⃣ We make corrections, render the final result.

5️⃣ We receive the second part of the payment - another $1000.

How do we work on order visualization?

What did we get?

Now we can start!

📐 We start in 3D Max:
1️⃣ Create a basic model of the room - walls, floor, windows, doors.
2️⃣ Add furniture according to the client’s wishes.
3️⃣ We adjust the light to create the atmosphere.

The final touch is customizing the materials from our library. Everything looks perfect before the render!
