Every finished project started as someone’s clear intent — the proportions, the materials, the way light was supposed to move through a space. Lighting is usually the part that decides whether that intent survives to the night the space actually gets lived in. #ViscaraLighting #lightingdesign #architecturallighting #baliarchitecture #lightingsolutions by @viscara.light

This is what ‘done’ actually looks like.

Dimmers get treated like an upgrade you either splurge on or skip.

The real question is simpler: does this room need to feel different at different times of day? Some do, some genuinely don’t — and that’s a decision worth making before the wiring’s in, not after.

A lot of people come to us asking for a lighting quote. What we give them first is a plan — because a number without context is just something to haggle over, while a plan gives every fixture a reason to be there. That’s the difference between pricing lighting and designing it💡 #ViscaraLighting #lightingdesign #lightingsolutions #lighting #architecturallighting by @viscara.light

Most rooms get one light source and call it done. Layering — task, mood, accent — is what actually gives a space depth after dark, not just visibility. Swipe through for the difference it makes at @teja_uluwatu 💡

A lot of what makes a piece of furniture look the way it should never ends up in the final photo. For Sraya, that meant hours behind the scenes with Suaru — finetuning until the wood grain and joinery got the attention they deserved, without the light ever stealing focus.

Grateful for a team that cared about getting this right just as much as we did. 🌿 #JIA2026 #lightingdesign #exhibition

JIA 2026 wrapped last week, and Bhumi Lingsir gave us more than a booth. It gave us a reminder of what lighting is really for… Swipe through 3 things we took away from watching people experience the space.

Thank you for letting us experience it with you guys❤️

Some journeys are remembered not for the places they take us, but for the people we meet along the way.

Thank you, everyone, for being part of this journey.
Until we create again.

Bhumi Lingsir came alive through the presence of Human, the rhythm of the body, and the subtle voices of nature.

Through the performance of @mangtriray and the plant sonic soundscape by @tanamanliar___ , the installation unfolded beyond its physical form—becoming a dialogue between body, space, sound, and nature.

Thank you to everyone who stepped into Bhumi Lingsir, shared a moment, and became part of its journey.

Some spaces are not meant to be explained—they are meant to be experienced.

Bhumi Lingsir is an invitation to pause, reflect, and rediscover our relationship with the choices we make.

A lighting perspective on craft, material, and spatial atmosphere.

This year at JIA Curated 2026, we’re contributing to the exhibition through two distinct collaborations.

At Booth 5, in collaboration with @bysuaru & @___atma, the focus is on how lighting supports crafted objects, texture, and product presence within a spatial setting.

At Booth 31, together with @living_designs_bali & @nawangseta, the installation explores a warmer and more immersive spatial atmosphere through materiality, shadow, and light.

While each booth takes a different approach, both reflect our ongoing interest in how lighting can shape the way people experience a space.

If you’ll be at JIA 2026, come say hello — we’d love to connect with fellow architects, interior designers, artists, and hospitality creators.
