We’re pleased to welcome Sudharsan to Vision Bank as Platform Coverage Manager.

Sudharsan brings over nine years of banking and credit experience across commercial lending, underwriting and risk assessment. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with relationship managers and credit teams, helping businesses get the right financing and spotting risks early.

He also holds an M.S. in Data Science and is a Certified Credit Professional, pairing sound credit judgement with a data-driven approach.

Poornima has built her career in credit risk and capital planning, helping banks see trouble coming before it arrives, from measuring potential losses to testing how a balance sheet holds up under pressure.

She joins us from HDFC Bank, India, where she worked within the Integrated Risk team and played a role in one of Indian banking's biggest moments: the merger of HDFC Ltd and HDFC Bank.

Outside of work, she's a keen reader across everything from finance to literature, with a particular interest in behavioural science.
