We're definitely obsessed with sound healing!

It's true, it's the sounds and musical frequencies that work with our nervous system to create calm, relaxation and inner peace. That's one way we can heal from the inside. It's not really the sounds that heal, but it certainly is the stress reduction and calming the nervous system that plays a part in making our daily lives that much better. It's like listening to your favorite music, which has a certain sense of feel-good. We can all use a little more of that!

Floating is one of the best ways to experience a sound bath. 360 degrees of sound, with our melodic singing bowls, gongs, Native flute, violin, chimes and percussion flowing around the pool.

A beautiful way to slow down, settle into fall, and enjoy a peaceful evening beneath the New Moon🌑

There were definitely some angels in the Sanctuary this weekend🪽🕊️ Such a sweet sound journey for the Harvest Full Moon. It's times like this that remind us how special it is to slow down and share an intentional, heart opening space.

The vast wooden structure was alive with the sounds of the winds, which added an extra layer. The whole time felt quite magical from start to finish.

Thank you to @nativityonthehill for hosting us again. We love this space and look forward to expanding our events and offerings 🌕✨

The term has become so common, that it’s easy to assume a sound bath is simply someone sitting in front of a few bowls and playing for an hour.

There’s a lot more to creating a truly immersive sound journey.

Musicality. Instrumentation. Dynamics. Volume control. Timing. Listening. Experience. Practice.

We are Journey Beyond Sound. We’ve spent the last few years developing our craft and learning how to work together. We bring multiple, experienced live musicians, a diverse collection of instruments and a shared intention to create something that feels cohesive, immersive and deeply relaxing.

Not just hammering on bowls and gongs and calling it a "sound bath" for 50 bucks. We’re definitely not here to play instruments "at you."
