The Solstice Reset vision boarding workshop is a wrap! We kicked things off with a quick intro to the neuroscience behind vision boarding, then moved into a Wheel of Life reflection so that participants could have a clear picture of which areas of their lives felt full and energized, and which could use some more care and attention. I led folks through a guided visualization to get everyone tapped into their right-brain thinking, and then we spent the rest of the evening creating. As always, it is such a gift to be surrounded by the creative energy at these workshops, to hear the reflections and takeaways after the visualization activity, and to witness the unique, meaningful boards each person brings to life. Every time I lead a workshop, I’m blown away by how amazing everyone’s boards turn out! Stay tuned for the next workshop, coming Fall 2026! 🤯 We're almost at the halfway point of the year. Before the second half starts, it's worth taking time out of the busy day-to-day to look at where things stand across the different areas of your life. A few questions worth sitting with: 1. What's going better than I expected? (We tend to skip this one.) 2. Which area of my life feels most alive and energized right now? What's contributing to that? 3. What did I say I'd do this year that I haven't started, and is it still something I actually want? 4. If the next six months went really well, what would have happened? If you want a structured space to do this kind of thinking, I'm running a vision board workshop this Thursday, June 25. A few spots are still open! We'll do a Wheel of Life reflection to celebrate areas of your life where you're thriving and identify any gaps between where you are and where you want to be. One of my very favorite things is hearing from past participants of my vision board events about how things on their vision boards have come to life 💜 Last summer, Mary attended my solstice workshop and shared plans for the children’s book she was hoping to publish. When I made my first vision board, I wasn’t fully aware of how they worked or the potential they had to help me realize my goals. I’ve always loved collecting images and scraps of paper, and enjoy collaging and bright, vibrant colors. My sister made a vision board and told me how she used the feng shui bagua as a way to map out what she was manifesting in different areas of her life. Inspired, I tried it myself. I fell in love with the process: with the opportunity to reflect, with piecing together images that I was drawn to- some inexplicably and some because they represented important goals of mine. Vision boarding puts me in a flow state and I come away with a beautiful visual on how I want to prioritize my life for the season ahead. Now I get to hold that space for other people during vision board workshops. And it’s my favorite thing to do! Watching someone recognize something they actually want and put it down on paper, sometimes for the first time ever, never gets old 💜 by @visionbloom.co
