I absolutely hate that I now have to do this, but right now I am devastated and honestly at my absolute wits’ end with people CONSTANTLY trying to take my ideas, my work and what I have spent so much time building — and stepping on me in the process. 😟😭

Over the last two weeks, my Facebook page has grown tremendously — from around 30 followers to 5.5K. I hadn’t even been anywhere near as active on Facebook as I have been here, so seeing that growth has been incredible.

But last night, I discovered something that genuinely broke my heart.💔

It wasn’t ONE page.

It was MANY pages using my characters and creative work.

My IP. My characters. My stories. My creative world.

And I am absolutely devastated.

Adrian’s character has existed since February. This isn’t something I created yesterday. These characters, their identities, their visual development, their storylines and the world s by @visionfrequency_creativelab

They watch, they copy, but they never clap. Have you noticed this too? 👀

Have you ever noticed someone watching everything you create, adopting your aesthetic, or recreating your ideas… yet never showing you a single ounce of public support?

Sometimes, the people paying the closest attention to your work are the least willing to acknowledge it.

A lack of support doesn’t automatically mean jealousy. But when admiration, imitation and silence become a consistent pattern, it’s worth paying attention.

Your work doesn’t need everyone’s approval to have value.

Keep creating. Keep evolving. And never shrink your originality to make other people comfortable.

Someone can genuinely admire you and still feel uncomfortable with your progress.

I’ve learnt human emotions aren’t always straightforward. People can appreciate your talent while comparing their own journey to yours. They can be inspired by your work while struggling with what it reveals about their own ambitions.

That doesn’t make every admirer an enemy. It simply reminds us that admiration doesn’t always translate into encouragement.

You can inspire someone without being responsible for managing their insecurities.

Keep showing up. Your success isn’t something you need to apologise for.
