Wedding planner… but also about 85 other jobs rolled into one 😉

As a planner, I wear many hats, but the heart of it is simple. Everything I do is about making sure you feel supported, understood, and able to truly enjoy the season and the day itself.

Can I be honest with you for a second? 🤍
Skipping the planner is one of those decisions that feels totally fine in the budgeting phase and then the wedding day arrives and everything shifts.
I’ve seen it happen more times than I can count. The mom who spent the whole reception managing vendors. The bride who never made it to cocktail hour. The beautiful in-between moments that slipped by because no one was there to protect them.
This post isn’t meant to scare you. It’s meant to make sure you actually get to enjoy the day you’ve been dreaming about.

Part II - Kirby and Trey are both from New Orleans and started dating in high school. They chose Kirby’s grandparents’ property in Nashville for their wedding location. This special place has been in her family for multiple generations and many family members have had their weddings there. I love meaningful locations and full-circle stories, and this was definitely one. They got ready in the guest house, had their outdoor ceremony in the meadow by the creek, and reception (part III) tented on the lawn. I love when locations have personal meeting to the couple or family history. This had both. Thank you to this awesome family and wedding team below!

We love our involved grooms AND the ones who show up on wedding day with no idea what’s going on. #weddingplanner #nashvillewedding #nashvillebride taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @visioninwhiteevents
