I had a wonderful time at the Washtenaw County Women’s Luncheon with board president, Kathy and a couple of other colleagues.

Hearing the stories of the three honorees inspired and motivated me to remember what truly matters in this life, which is leaving a legacy. Creating opportunities and ecosystems for those after us to thrive and to go even further than those women before them.

I love surrounding myself around powerful women in not just the titles and accolades they hold, but for the internal wealth that they possess.

I am a firm believer that your network is your net worth. I am so blessed to have amazing people in my life whom I look up to in so many ways personally and career wise!💕

It’s been a great year so far for Vision LLC!🎉

Our founder, Melissa McKinney, had the pleasure of serving as a judge for Ann Arbor’s Neutral Zone’s Battle of the Voices this past February, supporting and giving back to our local community.

She also recently joined Women in Music, continuing her commitment to community empowerment and supporting the next generation of leaders in the industry with a focus on expanding the Detroit chapter.

The next generation is already shaping the future of music, and we’re honored to be in rooms that uplift, invest in, and celebrate their voices.

Bethlehem is a performing violist and graduate of The Juilliard School, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2022 and her Master’s degree in 2024, both under the prestigious Kovner Fellowship.

A sought-after performer, Bethlehem has toured Europe and has graced iconic stages such as The Kennedy Center, Alice Tully Hall, and Carnegie Hall. Her talent and versatility have also been showcased as a featured artist on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Series.

Vision LLC is proud to announce the signing of violinist Hannah White for management. 🎻✨

Described by New York Concert Review as “phenomenal,” award-winning twenty-six-year-old Black female violinist Hannah White has been featured on stages across four continents since soloing with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra at age nine.

Ms. White has soloed with symphonies including the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, and Sphinx Symphony Orchestra, and has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and the Hollywood Bowl.

She has performed with top pop artists including Beyoncé, Rihanna, Billie Eilish, John Legend, H.E.R., Earth Wind and Fire, Chaka Khan, Coco Jones, and Lucky Daye, among others, and is a recipient of the Isaac Stern Award at Carnegie Hall and the Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship.
